About Jason Colodne
The founder of Colbeck Capital Management, Mr. Jason Colodne also serves as the firm's Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager. Drawing on 15 years of professional experience, Jason Colodne facilitated the development of Colbeck Capital Management in 2009. Through Colbeck Capital Management, Jason Colodne spearheaded the creation of funds, such as the Colbeck Credit Opportunities Fund and the Colbeck Secured Debt Fund, which are set to launch in Q2 2009. Additionally, Jason Colodne acquired the support of the Belgian Royal Chimay family, who agreed to seed Colbeck Capital Management, as well as provide operational capital and ongoing marketing support.
An established figure in the world of finance, Jason Colodne held a number of executive positions over the course of his professional career. Prior to founding Colbeck Capital Management, Jason Colodne served as the President of Patriarch Partners, where he exercised his extensive skills in identifying and implementing strategic financial solutions. Jason Colodne also held positions as the Managing Director and Head of Strategic Finance for Morgan Stanley and the Portfolio Manager and Head of Principal Hybrid Lending for Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Outside of work, Jason Colodne is heavily involved in a number of philanthropic endeavors. A committee member of the Children's Tumor Foundation, Jason Colodne is active in the search for a cure for Neurofibromatosis. Jason Colodne also makes regular contributions to other charities and foundations.
Jason Colodne matriculated at the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts and Sciences, where he studied history and finance. Colodne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
